This is a voluntary, public-professional and scientific, non-party organization, founded by the inventors and technical improvement authors, in order to develop personal affections, to realize common interests and aims, brought by this statute, in the field of inventive creativity and research and technical improvement.

The organization achieves its aims and jobs through precise working modes: in the actives, on the meetings and other working modes which are according the low.

The Inventors Organization of railway workers was founded in 1998. when the active of Belgrade Inventors, which was working from the foundation in 1984, has been transformed. The organization is working by the co-ordination of all the actives of Inventors from Nis, Belgrade, Lapovo, Kraljevo, Novi Sad, Uzice, Zajecar, and Kosovo Polje.
